What is the one minute cure

We plumbed the two machines into one hose essentially giving me 20 LPM (actually about 16 or 17). I tried liquid oxygen, but did not really like it and my confinement from it so I had Appria bring me two home concentrators each with a maximum 10 LPM. The need for more oxygen increased slowly but eventually (the last 6 months) I had to run my home concentrator at 10 lpm and then add more oxygen from a canister and another hose and cannula until about 3 months ago, I needed even more than the 20 max liters I had available.

It seems everyone starts at different places however I started slow after open biopsy and initial diagnosis requiring me 2 to 3 liters of oxygen 24/7. Long story short, I have been riding this horse (diseases) for about 6 1/2 years. You can read my beginning story on the site under the above name.

I have not been on this site for some time but I have some new concerns and would like other's input.
